Nebraska cook-offs

Nebraska's KCBS-sanctioned BBQ calendar runs May through September at county fair grounds and outdoor venues across the state. The Omaha and Lincoln metros anchor the larger contests; smaller backyard-series and amateur-tier events fill the calendar through the warm months.
