The Santa Rosa Chili Shootout will be day 2 of the big 3-day weekend. We will start off with the best Bloody Mary turn in 12p.m, Salsa turn in 1p.m, Beans turn in 2p.m, and CASI Texas Red Chili turn in 3p.m. After judging and announcements, there will be live auction items, 50/50 raffles, followed by music into the night. Don't forget about Sunday (a cooking for CASI event!) turn in 12p.m. Unlimited DRY camping is available, along with plenty of cooking spots under the south side of the grandstands shielded from the north wind. Points towards TICC will be awarded all three days for Chili and Showmanship along with great trophies from generous sponsors -- Don’t miss out!
