DESCRIPTION:The Santa Rosa Chili Shootout will be day 2 of the big 3-day we
 ekend. \n  We will start off with the best Bloody Mary turn in 12p.m\, Sal
 sa turn in 1p.m\,\n Beans turn in 2p.m\, and CASI Texas Red Chili turn in 
 3p.m. \nAfter judging and announcements\, there will be live auction items
 \, 50/50 raffles\, followed by music into the night.\n Don't forget about 
 Sunday (a cooking for CASI event!) turn in 12p.m. Unlimited DRY camping is
  available\, \nalong with plenty of cooking spots under the south side of 
 the grandstands shielded from the north wind.\n Points towards TICC will b
 e awarded all three days for Chili and Showmanship along with great trophi
 es from generous sponsors\n-- Don’t miss out! A lot more information to co
