Come and join us Friday night for day one of the big 3-day event! The day before the Santa Rosa Chili Shootout at the historic Santa Rosa Rodeo Grounds will be the first of the 3-day Casi sanctioned chili cookoffs. Friday night will also have the Santa Rosa steak cookoff and margarita competition. Day Two: Saturday will start off with the best Bloody Mary, Salsa, Beans, and CASI Texas Red Chili to follow. (Saturday chili turn in 3p.m) After judging and announcements, there will be live auction items, 50/50 raffles, followed by music into the night. Don't forget about Sunday (a cooking for CASI event!) turn in 12p.m. Unlimited DRY camping is available, along with plenty of cooking spots under the south side of the grandstands shielded from the north wind. Points towards TICC will be awarded all three days for Chili and Showmanship along with great trophies from generous sponsors. Don’t miss out!
