Come out to Hallsville and kick off the 2027 new chili year with 2 days of Auto-Qualifiers!! Saturday will be the new location for the Northeast Regional for 2027 to be held in conjunction with the Hallsville Western Days CCO, and Sunday will be the East Texas Chili Pod - Pod AQ cookoff for 2027. Please bring tasting chili for Saturday if you can. We always have a lot of public that enjoy tasting chili. Tasting will be from 11am -1pm. Cooks dinner on Friday night.
