Florida State Chili Championship is Cooking Up Good for a Great Cause! Mark your calendars, chili heads! The CASI Florida State Chili Championship is coming to Nature's Resort in Homosassa, FL, and every bowl cooked and every cup tasted this year benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa. Bring your best red for CASI, throw down in Open chili, or bring the heat with Salsa. Entry is $20 per category, so cook them all if you dare. Turn-in times are 12pm for CASI, 1pm for Open, and 1:30pm for Salsa. The public is invited too! Come hungry and grab a tasting cup to sample some of the finest chili and salsa Florida has to offer, all while supporting local kids through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa. Chili. Charity. Fun.
